Do you do refunds?

Yes we do on damaged or faulty goods. You can email us on support@connexbox.com, or ring us on 01353 666011. Please see Terms and Conditions for full details

Can I refuse delivery if I think the goods look damaged when they arrive?

Yes you can and the courier will return the delivery to Connexbox Ltd and we will send a new delivery within three working days at no cost to you.

How much is your delivery cost?

Packaging and carriage is charged based on the weight of the order.  Premium timed delivery options are also available for some destinations, please see individual  pricing at checkout. You can choose from a selection of delivery options when you reach the checkout stage of your shopping before confirming your order. We currently send out parcels via Royal mail packet post (1st or 2nd class) and the Parcel Force Express courier service. A discount against carriage is applied to a basket when muliple packs of Wagobox, Wagobox-Light of Wagobox-Capsule enclosures are present or the basket subtotal exceeds certain price breaks. The current quantity breaks are 8,13,18 and 23. The price breaks are £100, £150, £200 and £250.

Where do you deliver?

Currently we deliver to the United Kingdom and a range of other international destinations via the website, please see the carriage options at the checkout. We can deliver to non listed international destinations by special arrangement. If you are interested please contact us on +44(0)1353 666011.

Can I ring you instead to place an order?

Yes we accept telephone orders.

Can you supply Wago products not on your website?

If they are Wago products, yes we normally can.
