Customer Service is very important to us at Connexbox Ltd and we are always interested in your feedback and suggestions for improving our service to you.

Shipping & Delivery

Currently we deliver to the United Kingdom and selected EU countries via the website. We can deliver to other international destinations by special arrangement. If you are interested please contact us on +44(0)1353 666011.

Only orders placed before 3.00pm can be shipped on the same working day due to courier collection times. Orders placed after this time may be shipped on the next working day.

We appreciate that when you place your order, you will need it quickly, properly packed, and with all goods present and intact.
We aim to ship your order within 24 working hours. Delivery times are dependant on the shipping method chosen.

Please note customers using Parcel Force Express Next working day service or a 2 working day service. These will only be delivered from Monday to Friday, consequently next working day delivery orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday and orders using the 2 working day service will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Parcel Force Express services deliver between 7 am and 5.30 pm. The Parcel force policy is that if no one is available to accept the parcel they will attempt to deliver to a neighbour or a local post office branch where it will be held for 16 days. Royal Mail signed for services are not guaranteed although they aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working  and 98% by the second working day after posting. A package is not considered lost until 10 working days since posting have elapsed. Royal Mail special delivery is a guaranteed service and your order should be with you by 1pm on the next working day (or Saturday if selected).

How much is your delivery cost?
Packaging and carriage is charged based on the weight of the order.  Premium timed delivery options are also available for some destinations, please see individual  pricing at checkout. You can choose from a selection of delivery options when you reach the checkout stage of your shopping before confirming your order. We currently send out parcels via Royal mail packet post (1st or 2nd class) and the Parcel Force Express courier service. A discount against carriage is applied to a basket based on the value of the order.


Privacy & Security

When you use this site you will be asked to provide information about yourself such as your name and address. Connexbox Ltd do not disclose information to any third parties over and above that which is necessary to fulfill our agreements with you.

Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

All credit card/debit card details are dealt with by a secure credit card processing system and Merchant Bank and are not held by this website.

Returns & Replacements

There may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your products carefully before they are used or installed.

Please keep your order or invoice number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

If the products are damaged, faulty or if the products are incorrect and do not correlate with your invoice we'll be happy to exchange the product or give you a refund.

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order, the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices quoted on this website are in British Pound Sterling. Connexbox Ltd takes payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

Individual product prices quoted on the site are exclusive of VAT, which will be added, at the prevailing rate, at the checkout stage after any discounts.

Any promotional prices are subject to availability and are available on a first come first serve basis and are subject to change. Prices may change over time due to manufacturer and supplier pricing.

Viewing Orders

At the end of the checkout stage you can view and print your order details. Although we will send you an order acknowledgement by email, we urge all customers to keep a copy of these details for their own records.

If you place and order with Connexbox Ltd as a registered user you will be able to view and track your orders by logging into your account.

Updating Account Information

It's important that you keep your contact details up to date. Registered users should log in to their account regularly to check and update their details.
